Sarah’s Circle offers a warm and welcoming venue in Mandurah for life’s special moments. Whether you’re planning a baby shower, children’s birthday party, women’s gathering or another special occasion, you can choose the option that best suits you.
Sometimes you want the freedom to create everything yourself. Other times, you want someone beside you to help take care of the details.
At Sarah’s Circle, you can choose what feels right for you: hire the venue for $350 and create it yourself, or work with Events in Bloom and have Sarah’s Circle venue hire included in your package.

If you love planning and bringing your own ideas to life, you can hire Sarah’s Circle and create a celebration that is completely your own.
Bring your own decorations, food, activities and personal touches while enjoying a beautiful, welcoming space for your guests.
Full day, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, including setup and pack-down time.

Includes 5 sturdy trestle tables and 15 comfortable guest chairs ready for your event.

Safe, premium soft play toys for babies and toddlers are readily available directly upon your request.
We have ample street parking available for you and all of your invited guests.
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, safety, and community focus of our hub, Sarah’s Circle is a strictly alcohol-free premises. Our maximum venue capacity is strictly capped at 45 guests across all indoor and outdoor spaces.
A $300 security bond is required to secure your booking date. This bond is fully refunded following your event, once the venue is inspected and confirmed to be left clean, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Complimentary Extras: Soft play toys for babies and toddlers are available on request.
For DIY hire (Option 1), you enjoy exclusive access from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, including your personal setup and pack-down time. For styled packages (Option 2), Melanie from Events in Bloom will coordinate these access times directly with you as part of your styling service.

Melanie is an experienced florist and event creator who works with you to bring your ideas to life, from the overall feel and styling of your celebration to flowers and those special finishing touches.
Sarah’s Circle venue hire is included in Melanie’s Events in Bloom packages, making it easier to bring your whole celebration together.
